Definitions.
In these Terms and Conditions, the words and expressions below have the following meanings:
‘Conditions’ means these terms and conditions.
‘Product(s)’ means any CuratedBySey products.
‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’ means CuratedBySey.
‘Seller’ means CuratedBySey.
‘you’, ‘your’ means the customer.
‘Buyer’ means the customer.

Orders

ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE! NO REFUNDS EXCHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS.

Your order becomes binding as soon as we have accepted it. All orders are subject to availability.

You are responsible for checking and confirming the accuracy of all information submitted with your order. We cannot make any changes to your order once it is processed. Any order that must be canceled for incorrect information will be subject to a processing fee that can be up to 10% of the order total.

All goods are dispatched suitably packaged for transportation purposes only. All orders are insured for the full value of the order. In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged in transit please reach out to us and we will help you get started with the claim process. You agree to absolve CuratedBySey from any liability for your order once it leaves our warehouse.

All orders require signature confirmation at the time of delivery. If your order is returned to us as undeliverable you will be responsible for any costs involved in reshipping your order.

Orders deemed to be high risk may be delayed for up to thirty (30) days to allow our trust and safety team to ensure your order is not fraudulent. Orders that are deemed to be high risk by our trust and safety team may require additional verification. Orders that are not verified within 48 hours will be canceled and charged a 10% processing fee. All submissions will be handled in strict accordance with our privacy policy.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR UPS MY CHOICE CUSTOMERS:

UPS MY CHOICE MAY ALLOW CUSTOMERS THE ABILITY TO RECEIVE PACKAGES WHILE AWAY FROM HOME. BY USING MY CHOICE YOU ABSOLVE CURATEDBYSEY FROM ANY LIABILITY DUE TO LOST DAMAGE OR THEFT.

We maintain the right to refuse supply of products or services to any individual or company.

You agree that these terms and conditions may be used against you in any claims that may arise with your bank and/or financial institution.
