All sales made by CuratedBySey are considered final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any of the products on our website.
We understand that sometimes mistakes happen, and we strive to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, due to the nature of our business, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges.
We highly recommend that you review your order carefully before submitting it to ensure that you have selected the correct items, sizes, and quantities. All artworks purchased from our online gallery will be shipped via reputable shipping carriers such as FedEx or UPS. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be added to the total purchase price.
In addition to your order being well packed to protect the contents from damage, 3rd Party insurance is added to all orders, this is done at no extra fee and is already included in your quoted shipping costs.
In the event that an order is damaged during transit, the buyer must contact us immediately to initiate a claim. CuratedBySey will file the claim on the buyers behalf and provide the buyer with all necessary documentation in regards to the claim. However, the gallery will not be responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during transit. All responsibility for damage in transit will be borne by the carrier and insurance.
